PREPARATION
Preparation is the most critical step of the sealcoating process and is the foundation of a quality job. We start with pressure washing to remove any moss and debris. The surface must be perfectly clean and all cracks 1/4″ and larger need to be blown out and filled with a high-quality, hot-applied crack filler.
Crack Seal
As pavement ages it is subject to many stresses that deteriorate its performance, cracks are one of the most common and serious pavement problems. Cracks can form as a result of thermal expansion, aging, and weather. They ‘re most often a reflection of cracks from underlying layers. Cracks left untreated will create serious problems that decrease the pavement’s lifespan. Yearly maintenance plays a significant role in the preservation of pavement infrastructure.
SEALCOATING
Asphalt is prone to wear and tear from traffic, UV rays, and weather. Constant exposure can cause the asphalt to degrade and become brittle. When applied, sealcoat creates a barrier to unwanted damage. Applying sealcoat to asphalt increases curb appeal while also acting as a preventative measure against costly repairs in the future.
PARKING LOT STRIPING
The appearance of a business parking lot says a lot about their business. Striping it’s the most economical way to give your parking lot that new, fresh look! Striping services include; all general line striping and marking services typically found in every parking lot, ADA related markings that include handicap symbols, path of travel, and accessible crosshatch painting.
